Our govt has just announced that we must stay home for another month.
My income has been affected. As I have multiple streams of income, I still have enough income to cover my expenses.
I can imagine many more people will lose their jobs, which is most likely their only source of income. Ten years ago, a crisis hit, and my only source of income plunged to zero. I could not sleep because of the bills to pay and the mouths to feed . . . it was very scary. To all those who are affected now, I can relate to your situation. It was seeing my crying kids that I made a strong decision to invest in properties for rental income.
