Last night a participant msg me. She asked “how to be HIGH NET WORTH like you ?”

Well, first, I do not think much whether I am hi net worth or what. It does not bother me.

Nobody forces me to wake up at certain time, turn up a place at certain time, and tell me I am worth less becos I am old and one school degree is nothing.

Last night, I showed a batch of participants how to look at properties like a Bowl of Fruits, or like a Chair supported with four legs depicting 4 different classes of properties 🏢🏭🏫🏘️ that many rich and wealthy have, and stay crisis-proof for generations.

❌ Gone are the days of buying a pty and making $100K after 1 year. … delete that program in your head.
