Don’t Go Be An Entrepreneur Yet
Please read this message before starting a business.
Many years ago, when two planes hit New York WTC, the world went into depression. Recessions set in. I lost my job despite being a top salesman and no fault of mine.
Fortunately, I got large sales commission and started another business after failing one earlier.
Soon, I lost all my money and my family suffered along with me.
I learnt a very valuable lesson.
Do you want to know?
No, you don’t have to join a zoom call to listen to a selling pitch disguised as a long shitty story.
I will tell you right now.
I must be fair to my family. I must have their interests first. So, the minimal I must secure is not to have them worried about the next meal, red bills, or debts collector knocking at my doors.
Instead of going out to start a business right away, I should first create streams of steady monthly passive income, which even though may not replace the pay cheques that vaporized with the twin towers, but at least covered their school fees, food and necessity payments.
Many of you reading this may be thinking of firing your boss at this very moment or using the big pay-out from the retrenchment benefits to start a business.
I urged you to reconsider.
I have a suggestion. Listen me out first.
Consider this suggestion – buy a property that will give you consistent pocket money every month, in a safe, predictable manner.
Give your family the assurance of food and shelter, the minimal you can provide as your family sail thru this storm with you..
And then start your business.
Don’t make the mistakes I have made.
Please do not let your wife cut coupons or go clinic asking for free milk powder samples. Jill had done that. It’s very pitiful to watch. Do not let that happen in your life.
Buy “safe” properties that can give you the power of passive income every month. Give all these passive income $$ to your family. Then go start your dream business.
This way, not only the folks at home will be happy, you can also focus on growing your business without firefighting at home.
This is honestly what I should have done if I was any wiser when the Twin Towers collapsed.
