Marko ‘s Secrets Revealed
As promised, here are the secrets to how I turn my life around.
From Proton to Porsche. From Broke to Rich. From HDB to Landed. From Penniless to Passive Income.
The main ingredient is “mindset”.
The moment I decided that the ways I do things result in the “debts and sad life quality”, I searched for Teachers to help me change the ways to do things.
Slowly, but surely, life change. Like a clumsy big ship (filled with “I cannot do it”), I slowly made a turn.
Life today is exactly how I imagined it when I was a young child in Mountbatten English School cycling around Katong landed properties.
Many people said I would never be rich and successful. They told me to be the average guy, its ok to be average. I don’t believe them. They saw my school grades and concluded that being average in life is the best that can happen to me. Don’t be stupid and dream big. My head not big, so I cannot wear big hats. Have you been told the same ?
And if you have been reading my messages a lot, I know you do not want to be “Average Joe”. If you believe you deserve a great life, you will get a great life. I believe I deserve a great life, and I did, many years later. You can do it, sooner, get a Teacher. Do you deserve a great life ? Or did you accept the fate of taking MRT for the rest of your life.
Being a “rebel” since a child, I seek better Teachers. I want you to know that after achieving all these success in life, anyone, can achieve it. Look at the thousands of letters and messages I got from helping them. Thousands ! wow.
I want you to know that your school grades do not correspond to your quality of life. Look at all the rich and wealthy people, do they flaunt their paper qualifications? Only their employees do. Only those who are exchanging Time for Money, display their paper qualifications. The rich display nothing except photo of good life with friends and powerful people. Never have I entered a beautiful landed house to see paper certificates. And yet, I have visited a lot of hdb flats and these papers are up in the wall.
Don’t believe me? Go into your superior ‘s office now and tell me what is being pinned on the walls.

- Helping myself first before helping others.
- Give gratitude to the leaders.
- Give gratitude to the scammers and bad people.
- Empty your cup and let wise people fill it.
- Be willing to admit mistakes.
- Accept that I cannot save everyone who shouts for help.
- Trust the universe to remove harmful friends from my circle.
- Trust the Universe that it will send some people into my circle are here to teach me wisdom and not label them as toxic.
- Be willing to face the ghosts inside me .
- All mistakes I made are actually things that did not work and I should continue to experiment with other solutions.
- People come into my life for a reason and left me for a reason, no need to understand their reasons, just accept the fact.
- Fastest way to be great is to seek great Teachers.
- Be optimistic.
- Be authentic.
- Be helpful.
- Be useful.
- Get an accountability partner to check your progress.
- Be kind to animals.
- Allowed myself to be loved.
- Never be afraid to ask.
- Look for big problems to solve, the bigger the better.
- As long as you allow, your problem is also my problem, there is no such thing as your problem is your problem.
- Always play win-win.
- Universe will surround me with good people.
- When people laughed at my ideas, they are actually laughing at themselves for “being so stupid”.
Above are my secrets not in any particular order. I typed as they came into my mind. Its called authentic. My school teachers will call this very disorganised. I have left school, so I told myself to leave that system of thinking in that school.
