Change Is Always Uncomfortable
Do you want to live a better life?
Do you want back more control of your life?
Do you want to stop worrying about paying bills every month?
Or how about being able to donate money to charity every month effortlessly?
If you have been wanting the above and more …. and does not seem to be getting closer to achieving them …. despite burning weekends in the offices, and migraines over new ways to reduce expenses, then its time to accept the word “CHANGE”.
Yes, CHANGE …… but How? many of you will ask.
Allow me please, to show you how I do it.
I was working very hard in my job, and still not making ends meet. I started to study all the ways out there for passive income and am now milking money from these “cows” :
• Rental $$ from properties (resi, commercial … all local)
• $$ from shares/options ( I could not do this and sponsor someone else to do this and spilt the profits)
• $$ from businesses like coin laundromat (I have a few and expanding)
• $$ from ecommerce ( I could not do this and sponsor someone else to do this and spilt the profits)
• $$ from REITs
• $$ from insurance ( glad I took the first step during NS days )
There are other ways to generate more passive income but I love those I named above becos I have many of the above except for REITs which I am planning to learn next month from top local expert. I am confident on REIT becos its property-related and I have found a good teacher whom I can relate to.
At 55 this year, I am happily living the life I designed many years ago. I always thought it was a dream and won’t come true unless I have a windfall from a stranger.
Who would know that bit by bit, step by step, the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fall into place.
There are still missing jigsaw, and I don’t know what the universe has for me. I will just keep serving people and market needs, knowing that’s how the Universe rewards me.

CHANGE …. just do it.
Copy those who have been there, done that.
And you will be able to get very close to the same results, or even better. You will not deviate far from their results, I said with confidence.
