Sold At Record Prices !!!

Another few students have happily gotten big fat cheques in the last two weeks !

One seller has a flat in Yishun. With a few tips on dressing up the flat (eg, new big TV)… etc

He sold his flat $50k above what people are transacting there.

Another couple just gotten a cheque last night for their condo. They also sold the place at highest price compared to the neighbours.

How do these people do it?

Believe first and then See it…. like I always say in class.

Believe in the teachings, apply the techniques, silent your inner noises and carry out the process.

When you follow what is taught in class, you are actually using the Teacher’s brains.

When you follow your own instinct, you are using your brains.

The price you sell is the natural outcome of your thought process (this is the secret sauce of why I am able to outsell my competitors around the world).

Make sure you use the BEST thought-process for the task.

Apply what is taught in “selling” in class. And you will fetch a good price on whatever you are selling.

Nothing else. No magic.

Like cup noodle, you just need to follow the instructions on the cup.
