How Come My Dreams Become Smaller When I Grow Older ??

Why not the other way round? After all, as we grow up, did we not become more educated and more capable? dream bigger as we grow wiser?

 

When I was small, I wanted to be astronaut, Singapore President, Doctor, Lawyer.

 

And during primary school days, I would cycle to Goodman Rd, Crescent Rd and thought about living in big houses like those when I grow up. Big gardens, big cars, big dogs. One big happy family under one roof.

 

There was a time in my life, when everyone around me told me I could have all my dreams come true. That was long ago.

 

Somewhere in my 40s, people told me to grow up and be realistic. Those dreams will never come true.

 

Bit by bit, I reduced, delete and downsize my dreams to a HDB flat with a Subaru Forester.

 

During those days, I was hit by broken relationships, retrenchments, disappointments and depressions. Dreams seem possible when I downsize it.

 

Many years ago, while waiting for airplane overseas, I realised that I had not been living my life in full potential. I do not know what happened that day. It was like someone slap me in my face many times to wake me up. I can still recall the impact in Hong Kong airport.

 

There was too much guilt inside, generated and multiplies from the sad stories I kept replaying to myself in that 3D movie cinema in my head.

 

I have since changed my way of life. My belief system, my mindset, the way I convert struggles to flow.

 

Today I am living my dreams. And even dare to dream bigger.

 

Instead of that nice house I am living in today, I know I will be staying in a nice sea facing GCB and an upsize (recently, thanks to Jeffrey Yeoh for the connect to Jian Yong) yacht very soon.

 

I already have my stable of motorcycles and supercars.

 

I am about to share with YOU something important below, so hold your breath and read the statement below.

 

THE MOMENT I ALLOW MYSELF TO ACHIEVE BIGGER THINGS IN LIFE, THE UNIVERSE GRANTS THEM TO ME !!!!!!!!

 

Its very strange experience. When I was playing a small role, I struggled every day.

 

When I open my heart and mind to play a much bigger game, I received the goodness of new knowledge, love, abundance and good health and a natural by-product called Wealth.

 

From Struggles to Flow.

 

From Small to Greatness.

 

From Serving to Being Served.

 

With all the above, I easily achieved my dreams, all within the last five, ten years.

 

I grew up in a tiny rental flat. A huge difference from my lifestyle today.
