Who Wants Free Travel?
I like to TRAVEL and NOT WORRY ABOUT BILLS, how about you?
Once upon a time, I will wait for air tickets offer, hotel offers and even then, I will choose low cost rooms in nice hotel and select the restaurants first by prices, then by the fragrance of the cooking. I have to match these to the leave approval of by boss (many times I asked, where is my freedom?).
I remembered clearly that I wanted to reverse this. I want to travel anytime (when there is no lock-down) and anywhere, stay any hotel, go any spa and choose any package and eat in any restaurants according to my nose.
Are you same same?
Few weeks ago I was told that one student found some great deals. He needed less than $40K to complete each deal. That means $40K can buy him a nice property with immediate rental income. His pocket money (Rent less bank payments, pty tax and mcst) will be $800 a month. Imagine your “boss” giving you a promotion to bring home $800 a month and not having to spend extra hours or carry extra work. Would you like that?
OR how about this? NOT spending the $800 every month and save this money every month. By year end, he would have almost $10K in his savings account. $10K may not be enough to bring him and his wife to Europe. However, will this be plenty budget for them if they go Bangkok, Phuket, Chiangmai, Vietnam, Japan, HKG, Taiwan?
Upon studying his deals, it is not difficult to find such opportunities. It was challenging for him at first because he (and most of us) did not grow up in a family of Property Investors. Hence one needs to be educated on how to get these. He attended our class mid last year. He had since found 9 such deals… all equally good. How is this possible? Since 2016, we have been refining our TRAINING MATERIALS AND METHODS. As long as you applied the teachings, you will find good deals like that.
Nonetheless, I rather be honest with you, to set your expectations right. This young man is very hungry. He has fire in his eyes.
