Marko & Friends started out with me and wife sharing our investing journey. At that time, we were very much focused on monetizing from industrial properties. Now, we can monetize from resi, shops and even offices. Its amazing to be able to unlock money from almost any property.
Thru the many years of sharing, tuning the strategies, witnessing the market changes, helping thousands of people with break-thru and celebrating your wins and loses, one huge belief system is formed…. Fluid like water.
We are constantly revising the strategies to ride the market. With Covid-19 pandemic, we have new strategies. If you are retrenched, we can put that free time and compensation to good use, resulting in additional streams of passive income that can potentially immune you from future crisis.
The super rich families have been doing it. We can too, at a smaller scale.
Our strategy is now into version 7. We have seen how some students have shifted from one HDB flat to multiple properties and now residing in landed property, plus doing what they love and getting paid while doing that. One commented that even her dog is happier with a larger space to roam around ! well, she is happier with no neighbors complaining about her dog when they were residing in an apartment block.
A more fulfilling life is what you may get. Waking up to do what you like; going to sleep with a smile, and knowing that the basic needs of your loved ones are secured.
This would not have been possible, if one does not learn, unlearn and relearn.
This would not have been possible if one does not work closely with their mentees to listen to their challenges while attempting to find that door in the wall.
While my students learn from me, I learn from their feedback. Together with some senior members, we could dissect, examine, discover the leaks and reinforce the strategies.
This is how we constantly come up with new formula.
Like a fruit juice blender. Different fruits added together to meet your needed.
Thus, I am nothing more than a …. Blender.
