I Don’t Need A Lot Of Money

As I was working out in the park, I realized that I actually did not need a lot of money.

Yes, I am staying in a landed property.

Yes, I drive nice cars.

Yes, I own nice motorcycles.

However, these are things that I bought with my profits and passive income from local properties.

I can, in a decision, decide not to have those toys anymore and live a different life, such as ….

>> Pay cash for a nice condo and stay till I die.
>> Buy a nice C-class Mercedes
>> Wear Casio Watch
>> Buy an old Harley to ride around

If I do all the above, all I need is a few thousands of dollars of passive income. To do this, I can simply keep a few properties, and that’s it.

I don’t need to join an expensive gym to keep fit.

I don’t enjoy golf.

I am happy meeting good friends and talk about ideas and good old times in coffee shops, not even Starbucks.

And I am happy with hawker centre chilli crab once a month.

I really do not need lots of cash to live a decent life in Singapore. Just a few properties giving me predictable, profitable passive income every month.

What a realization!
