Many people asked how I retire richdad-style.
Its mostly based on passive income.
I can sum it up in 4 simple steps.
1) Go Go Go – walk the grounds, make new friends, visit new places (properties).
2) Grow Grow Grow – as you take action, your senses start to take in new data. Some are done subconsciously. Sights, smell, hearing, feel, touch, taste (not sure about this one usefulness).
3) Glow Glow Glow – as you learnt, you will have realizations and questions. Your realizations will bring you up to the next level as a property investor. And your questions, when answered by an expert, may bring you up to another level. Your lingo will change. Your state will change. Your investments will become more profitable. And you will start attracting newbies and other investors. You are now like a “light house” guiding ship vessels to safety. You are now a Leader.
4) Gold – this is the stage which many of us are in now. To be here, one needs to know the mechanics of money AND working together with the Universe to create and permit more flow. In other words, many of us are becoming more helpful to others first, and getting rewarded in return later. Leaders give and Givers get. We become precious to others. And others become precious to us. We become GOLD to others. And others are GOLD to us.
Simple few steps. No long-bombastic-name for theory I cannot pronounce.
These are things I learnt, from many Teachers, Guru and local millionaires.
