Is This Why Jobs Are Disappearing ??

Almost everyday, I look at properties to invest.
Recently I saw a pattern.
And it freaked me out.
Old offices are too large for today’s purposes.
Why? How come ? Is this a mistake ?
I studied deeper and realized that the root of this trend is …… its more cost-effective for companies to outsource low value jobs.
This is IRREVERSIBLE !
When I was a child, there were shipyards near National Stadium. Now, no trace.
When I was in polytechnic, there were textile factories everywhere, now they are in India.
When I joined the workforce, there were electronics factories everywhere. Most, have since shifted overseas.
Offices used to be big, because they have telex machine, paper filing, lots of people, doing lots of admin work.
Now, most of those work is either in a computer or done overseas.
What that means is that a company that used to need ten staff may now work well with four staff.
Internet, computerization, robots, AI….
So what we all do about it ?
I spent many years searching for the answers.
I attended many courses.
I spoke to countless successful individuals.
I spent lots of my hard-earned cash.
And I found the best solutions that worked for me.

This solution has quickly gotten me out of rat race.
