Shitty Tenants
Recently, there was an article about this tenant who goes around renting and refusing to pay rents.
They are really horrible.
In my years of investing, I have personally experienced and also heard of such cases from my friends.
Based on first-hand experience, I would put the risk at 2% …… chances of this happening.
I have help many hundreds of ppl to own local properties, 99% with the intention to make passive income.
2% is a small amount.
Don’t let this kind of bad people stopped you from becoming wealthy and become master of your time.
Life with time freedom is very beautiful. You gotto experience this, like many of us.
There are ways to deal with bad sellers and bad tenants. The law will protect us.
There are many more good guys out there than bad guys.
The risk is very small.
Focus on serving the good guys, and you will get good rewards. I know this, becos I am living it.
Just do it.
