Property Investors Are Boring??
Last night, while chatting with a group of friends, they seem so excited, so fired up.
Only then, did I realize that something big is happening in USA – people in USA are selecting a President.
Many of my friends who invest in stock markets are very excited.
Lots of stories and theories are being exchanged.
I sat there quietly. I was the most boring person in that group last night.
Most of my friends are property owners. We usually discuss about life and how to give back to society.
It does not matter to me who wins in USA, I will still get my rental $$.
It does not matter who rules the white house, meanwhile, my community and I are snapping up good properties at huge discounts.
And then renting them out for good pocket money.
Mind you, we are not just limited to industrial property. We found ways to milk offices, residential property and shops.
All legal. Nothing illegal.
And on the other hand, our students are selling their properties at above market prices. (will type about this in other chat).
Anyway, back to the topic, I guess this is why I am happiest investing in local properties.
Much lesser stories and rumors, much stable heart beats.
So I can have lots of free time, to do what I love!
Property Investing is Boring. And Boring is Good.
Life does not have to be hard!
