A 100 YES to Start, Get Ready to Stay Landed
Ever since we started sharing on how to use passive income from rental properties to enjoy a better quality of life, many students have applied the knowledge and experience good things.
As many of you know, I figured a way to own two landed houses in Singapore without burning out my organs or sacrificing my family time.
I have been monitoring the market for sometime and now is the time when many average Singaporeans may be able to move into a landed property.
Since sharing the idea casually last year, I am glad to announce that 4 of them have since moved into landed pty with 1 more happening in March.
This year, I am energised to help more kaki move into landed pty. I set a target to help 15 more students to move from flats or condos to landed property without paying extra dollars.
