Less than a year ago, he attended our full workshop. He was quiet in class. And took very little notes. He paid full attention though. As instructed, he must find at least two strangers in the class to have 🍛 meals with everyday during the class.

This musician recommended his agent to this hair-stylist. A friendship was formed 🎶💇👬and when a good deal was found, the agent informed this guy.
Moral of the story ? you 🙅🏻♂️don’t need a lot of time ⏰to find property to invest. You don’t need to wait three years for the property to be built to make $300K. You just need to be in the right COMMUNITY where people collaborate 🤝 and share 👍 good deals and 📣 lobang (good bankers, good agents…etc).
Success is not all the time the result of hardwork. If hardwork always equal success, then why are many ppl struggling❓

Currently, in the market, there are plenty of good deals. And in the following months, there may be more good deals. As long as you can get one GOOD DEAL, you can make GOOD MONEY. And as long as the unit can be rented out, you have found someone to help you pay for your property. 🌈
