Bus Tour Anytime Soon ???
I miss the bus tours. 🚌
I miss gathering everyone onto a bus. 🚌
We would drive through Housing estates and Industrial estates. 🏢🏭🏢🏭
We would explain what we would buy, have bought and die-die-cannot-buy. And point out why.
We would explain how the new condo will impact the old condo.
We would describe to the listeners, HOW, once upon a time, this area was a sea before my PSLE. 👨🎓
We would point out buildings with en-bloc potential. 🏢🏢🏢
We would point out freehold properties to buy.
We would explain why this particular new launch is a must buy, and only at what price.
We would drive to roof tops and view the estates from the open roof, pointing the gold mines and money traps.
Many people would take notes, get “aha” moments and smile big big. 💡
Even older folks with difficulties getting up and down the bus would insist on joining. Younger kakis would volunteer to help them getting up and down the bus. This is a community that move my heart.
We would take elevators up some buildings and point out the units we own and the units we will never buy. We may even unlock the doors to let everyone view the unit inside.
Sometimes, in the process, we may drive the Security crazy… a little.
We would end the evening by sharing a sumptuous meal together, in an industrial estate canteen, where various coaches will rotate around the tables in military timing so that everyone gets their questions answered by coaches of different experience. This is to help each participant gain more clarity.
The coaches will not have chance to eat. And none of us mind that. Seeing everyone learnt something and being so grateful about that, our bodies are feed in other ways.
I know that by the time my head hits my pillow that night, I will sleep with a huge smile.
I know I have impacted more lives. There is nothing more I could have done for that day. I have given my 100%.
I deserve a restful night.
And if the Creator allows me to wake up tomorrow, I will have a huge smile. 😆
