Do you like rainy days?

I used to dislike as it meant I could not do outdoor activities.

Until . . .

Until I started a chain of coin laundromat.

It fits my criteria of MSI + PI … that means Multiple Streams of Income and Passive Income.

MSI is the best way to provide security for yourself and ppl you love.

Passive income is my way to become Lazy and Wealthy.

I make my money work hard so I can free myself to do things I am passionate about.

Since primary school, I know that I am “cut” to serve people thru being a leader. And this part of me becomes clearer as I progress with age.

One nice thing about Coin Laundromat is that when it rains, the sales goes up. So, now I love rainy days for few reasons :

1. I can make more money.

2. I can spend more time with my couch.

3. Its almost passive income.

Did I learn to start Coin Laundromat on my own ? No !

Did I buy a franchise ? No, most are overpriced.

I first found out about Coin laundromat from Fleex.

He owns a few shops in JB and other parts of Malaysia.

I found a guy in Singapore. After working with him for a few years, we found a way to start one with little money. I leverage on his knowledge and started three shops, now looking for no. 4.

Best of all, he is also M+F Kaki, so we speak the same lingo.
